Airtel Is Terrible

We had been using BSNL for a long time, and honestly, it was pretty good. The customer service especially has always been amazing.

Then, for a few days, our internet became terrible. So we thought, maybe we should have an alternative in case BSNL becomes unreliable again.

We approached Airtel.

That was a mistake.

Even during installation, the guy kept scrolling through his phone while we were trying to speak to him. Barely interested. They took around ₹2,000 in advance and activated the connection.

And somehow, Airtel's actual service was even worse than the temporary problems we were having with BSNL.

So we got rid of Airtel and went straight back to BSNL.

Airtel told us they'd refund the money we'd paid.

They never did.

So yeah.

Fuck you, Airtel. Luv u BSNL ❤️
